Introduction to sport kayaking in the Aveyron Gorges

Want to discover sport kayaking in the Aveyron Gorges ? Acti Eaux Vives offers friendly introductory sessions to learn the basics of whitewater kayaking in an exceptional natural setting in Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val .

Led by an instructor, this activity is ideal for discovering navigation techniques, learning to navigate currents safely, and gaining confidence on the water. Accessible to beginners as well as those wishing to improve, the session alternates between learning, fun exercises, and thrilling experiences.

Outings take place from 9am to 12pm , by reservation only. Groups are intentionally limited to a maximum of 8 participants (minimum 5 people) to ensure personalized guidance and optimal progress.
